Overview
A proposal exploring how contemporary cultures of beauty, wellness, and optimisation rewrite the myth of Eve. Developed for the Magnetic 5 Residency at Villa Arson, Nice.
The Body Embodies Eden asks what happens when paradise is no longer imagined as a place but as a condition the body is expected to achieve.
Rather than treating the Fall as a historical event, this chapter explores the possibility that it has become a continuous cycle of aspiration, optimisation, correction, and dissatisfaction.
